PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION (BEFORE SHIPPING)
You may cancel or modify your order at no cost, provided it has not yet been handed over to the transport company.
To request cancellation or modification, send an e‑mail with your order number and subject line “CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDER”.

If the order has already been shipped, you must receive it and then follow the Return Due to Withdrawal process.
Refusal or failure to receive the shipment does not cancel the order. You remain responsible for all shipping costs.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Conditions
Returned products must be:
Completely unused
In unopened, intact packaging
With security seals intact
With all accessories included
In the exact condition received

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Golden Greek will refund the product value (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days from receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer; any bank fees are borne by the customer.

To initiate withdrawal, send an e‑mail with your order number and subject “RETURN OF ORDER DUE TO WITHDRAWAL”.

3. NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and EU regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

E‑liquids
PG/VG bases
Flavorshots
Vaping wires
Cotton
Opened battery wraps
DIY tools
Custom‑made or personalized mods
Clearance items
Any product with opened packaging or signs of use
Atomizers must not be used with wire or liquid if returned.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE (RMA REQUIRED)
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Steps:
Contact Golden Greek via e‑mail with the subject “RETURN REQUEST”.
Receive your RMA number and instructions.
Pack the product securely, including:
RMA number written on the package
Order number inside the box
All accessories and packaging
Ship the product to Golden Greek (customer pays return shipping).
Golden Greek inspects the product upon arrival.
Cash‑on‑delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
All returned products undergo inspection. Refunds or replacements are approved only if:

The product is unused (for withdrawal)
The defect is confirmed (for defective returns)
No signs of misuse, drops, liquid ingress, wrong batteries, or modifications are found
If the product fails inspection, it is returned to the customer at their expense.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (DOA — DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
If a product arrives defective and does not function from the first moment, it is considered DOA.

Conditions:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused
Photos/videos must be provided

Golden Greek will:
Replace the product or refund you
Cover the shipping cost of the replacement
Customer covers shipping to Golden Greek
To report DOA, send an e‑mail with your order number and subject “DOA PRODUCT”.

7. EARLY‑USE DEFECTS (DEFECT AFTER FIRST USE)
If a product becomes defective after first use, but within 14 days, Golden Greek treats it as a manufacturing defect.

Customer must provide:
Photos/videos showing the issue
Description of the problem
Order number
Serial number (if applicable)
Process
Product must be returned for inspection
Customer pays shipping to Golden Greek

If defect is confirmed:
Golden Greek repairs or replaces the product at no cost
Golden Greek pays shipping back to the customer

Not covered:
Misuse
Liquid ingress
Wrong or damaged batteries
Physical damage
Unauthorized modifications
Wrong use (improper operation or use outside manufacturer guidelines)
Incorrect or faulty battery insertion resulting in a short circuit.
Examples include: incorrect coil builds, unsafe resistance levels, wrong battery type, improper charging, over‑tightening parts, incorrect wicking, or using the device in a way not intended by the manufacturer.
To report early‑use defects, send an e‑mail with subject “EARLY USE DEFECT”.

8. WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty applies to:

Mods
Chips
Electronic boards
Atomizers (DOA only unless otherwise stated)

Warranty does NOT cover:
Liquid damage
Drops or physical impact
Incorrect battery use
Wear‑and‑tear
Cosmetic damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty claims require:
Photos/videos
Serial number (if applicable)
Order number
Golden Greek may repair, replace, or offer partial credit depending on the defect.

9. SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer pays shipping to Golden Greek for:

Withdrawal returns
Defective returns
Early‑use defect returns

Golden Greek pays shipping back to the customer for:
Replacements
Repairs
Original shipping cost is not refunded in withdrawal cases.

10. REFUND TERMS
Refunds are issued:

Within 14 days for withdrawal
Within 7 days for defective products
Only after inspection is completed
Via bank transfer
Bank fees are paid by the customer.

11. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE HANDLING
If a customer initiates a chargeback while a return or inspection is in progress, the process is paused until the bank resolves the dispute.
