EL TORO e-liquids are made with selected tobaccos. The production process allows for some relative concentration. The products are available in 100ml packages with 30ml of concentrated flavor. You are given the option to add from 30ml to 70ml of nicotine and base depending on your preferences. For a heavier tobacco flavor, the manufacturer recommends diluting with 30-40ml of nicotine base.
